Payment may be made by money order, paypal, personal cheque or direct bank deposit.
Postage will occur once cheque has cleared (may take up to 5 working days) and once the funds appear in the bank account. (May also be 3-5 working days.) You can apply for a paypal account at www.paypal.com (funds may take up to 3-5 working days to clear) Our email must be used for payment reference and customer security.

Postage costs are between $5.50 (for bag up to 500grams)
and $9.60 (up to 3 kg) and may take up to 3-5 business days for you to recieve your goods.
Express postage and bulk postage will inccur increased postage costs. You may calculate average costs at www.australiapost.com.au or apply for an accurate postage cost via email. All final charges including bag total and postage will be sent via email invoice to the paying customer.

Goods may only be returned/refunded if items are damaged or a service error has occured. If you wish to have an item replaced it must be returned for inspection before any refund procedure takes place. Handbags must be returned in original unused condition with tags still attatched to recieve a refund. All returning postage costs will be the buyer's responsibility. If a service error has occured postal returns will happily be covered or refunded to the buyer.
